s.a.d. girl sundays is a community based virtual support group for gen z and millenial self identifying women and femmes to combat the isolation and depression that impacts many of us during the dreary canadian winters.

within this container (hosted on zoom) we will chat, create, and connect around a certain theme. the intention of each session is to offer tools to help you function through the winter, build a community based on nonjudgment, find new ways to release pent up emotions, and most of all, have a good time together. each call will be unique, but some stuff we might be doing is therapeutic arts & crafts, somatic movements, journalling, mindfulness practices, and a safe space for sharing (at your own discretion).
